Monday Balboa Praktijk will move! We'll be at The Cat for some old school shuffling. The Cat is snug, has a wooden floor, lovely staff, a separate cigar lounge for afficionados and you can find it smack down city centre.
Monday Balboa Prakijk is the balboa social of Rotterdam and the place to practice your balboa moves. Free entrance, so make sure to buy a few drinks at the bar!
